DELIVERYTIME: 
Delivery time is 3-5 working days by air post. 

SHIPPING CHARGES: 
Shipping charge depends of orders total weight... The Shipping charge is added to your final order sum. You can use our shipping calculator to find out how much does it cost.

CONFIRMATION RECEIPT: 
Confirmation receipt will be sent to your e-mail address. When you register and place an order, please be sure to provide us complete, accurate information of your address and e-mail. We will not be responsible for any delays resulting from errors in your shipping address. If any order is returned to us, by the post, for any reason. You can only be refunded for the purchase price of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

RETURN TERMS: 
Sportlab.eu will accept returns of UNOPENED products for up to 14 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price. You have to include the confirmation receipt for the refund to be valid. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. PLEASE contact us before you send us the product.
