PalatinoseTM (isomaltulose) is purely based on sucrose from sugar beet. It is 100 % vegan, kosher, halal and non-GMO.
HOW TO USE: Isomaltulose is recommended as a carbohydrate source before and during exercise (recommended dosage: 60g in 1 liter of water). It is also easy to use in cooking and baking as a 1 to 1 replacement for other sugars.
