Refreshing and tasty drink with Creatine Monohydrate. Creatine Monohydrate is probably the most widely accepted supplement. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Recommended daily dosage: 3,6 g (¾ scoop).

Recommended use: Mix 3,6 g (¾ scoop) with 200 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Use approx. 30-60 minutes before training. Athletes using Creatine Monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml of water daily to maximize hydration.
