The PREMIUM Infrared Mat is made of PU leather (PU leather or polyurethane leather is an artificial leather made of thermoplastic polymer). It is VEGAN. PU leather does not absorb water, which makes it easy to clean. The material has undergone a waterproof treatment. The manufacturer uses a new material in its new model, which is why we also updated the material selection on the manufacturer's recommendation.

The infrared mat differs from the infrared sauna in that the temperature is higher and you are like in a “cocoon” where air cannot reach. Thanks to this special combination, the infrared mat is 3 times more effective. Infrared radiation is transmitted through the air as invisible light waves and heats directly, without heating the surrounding air. The skin and subcutaneous tissues are warmed up. IP radiation burns the subcutaneous fat layer and removes toxins from the body. Helps remove waste products, excess water between tissues, improves muscle tone and is an effective cellulite reducer. After a 7, 10 or 14-day course, the body will be released as if from behind a dam and the weight will start to decrease even after the course is over.

Infrared radiation penetrates human tissues to a depth of 4-5 cm, therefore it causes heavy sweating. In an infrared sauna, sweating is 3 times more intense at relatively low temperatures than in a regular infrared sauna. Body tissues warm up more deeply, cell temperature rises to 38 degrees. When you go to a regular sauna, water makes up 90-97% of the sweat composition, but in an infrared sauna it is 70%. The remaining 20-30% is used to remove toxic metabolic products (fats, cholesterol) and heavy metals (copper, mercury, lead, aluminum, nickel, tin). The air temperature of an infrared sauna is 61-74 degrees and its thermal effect is deeper and more effective, therefore it is also suitable for the elderly and children. The recommended session duration is 60 minutes. If weight is your concern, we always start weight loss with an Infra sauna, later we add other treatments. We recommend that you do the course every day according to the desired length, with a maximum of 2 days between treatments. If your weight does not exceed 80 plus kilos, you can also do Inframatt together with other treatments, for example, 2 times a week.
