The new infrared mat 2023 is larger, with dimensions: 195cm x 80cm (Previously 180cm x 80cm). The material of the new mat is PU leather (PU leather or polyurethane leather is artificial leather made from thermoplastic polymer). It's VEGAN. PU leather does not absorb water, so it is easy to clean. The material has been waterproofed. The manufacturer uses the new material in its new model, which is why we also updated the material selection at the manufacturer's recommendation. 

The infrared mat differs from the infrared sauna in that the temperature is higher and you are like a "cocoon" where air cannot reach. Thanks to this special combination, the infrared mat is 3 times more efficient. The infrared radiation is transmitted through the air as invisible light waves and heats directly, without heating the surrounding air. The skin and subcutaneous tissues are warmed. IP radiation burns the fat layer under the skin and removes toxins from the body. It helps remove waste products from the body, excess water between the tissues, improves muscle tone and is an effective cellulite reducer. After a 7, 10 or 14 day course, the body will loosen up as if from behind a dam and the weight will start to decrease even after the end of the course.

An average of 600-900 kcal is lost with one treatment. It is possible to lose up to 2 kilograms with the first treatment, depending on your body weight.

Infrared radiation penetrates human tissues to a depth of 4-5 cm, therefore it causes strong sweating. In an infrared mat, sweating is 3 times more intense at relatively low temperatures than in a normal infrared sauna. When you go to a regular sauna, water makes up 90-97% of the composition of sweat, but the infrared mat makes up 70%. The infrared air temperature is 61-74 degrees and its heat effect is deeper and more effective, which is why it is also suitable for the elderly and children. The recommended duration of the session is 60 min. If weight is your concern, we always start weight loss with Inframat, later we add other treatments. We recommend doing the shed every day according to the desired length, with a maximum of 2 days in between.
