*The product does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Rice Protein
Rice protein is among the most popular types of plant-based sources of protein. On its own it does not qualify as a complete source of protein, but combined with any kind of legume proteins, for example, pea protein, it does.
Pea Protein Isolate
Pea protein isolate is also a popular plant-based source of protein not qualifying as a complete source of protein on its own, but combined with rice protein it can be regarded as complete. Rice protein is poor in lysine, but rich in sulphur amino acids (for example, cysteine, methionine), while pea protein contains a lower level of sulphur amino acids and a higher level of lysine.
Almond Flour
Almond flour is the gluten-free alternative of flours made of cereals. It has significantly lower levels of energy and carbohydrate compared to wheat flour. It is rich of monounsaturated fatty acids and is an excellent source of plant-based protein and vitamin E. It can replace wheat flour in gluten-free pastries 1:1.
Quinoa Flour
Quinoa is a pseudocereal considered as a superfood. It has a lower level of energy and carbohydrate compared to wheat flour and a higher level of fibre. It is an excellent choice for gluten-free pizza, tortilla, or other salty snacks.
Citrus Fibre
Citrus fibre is a water-soluble source of fibre. Dietary fibres reach the large intestine without being digested, where they exert their prebiotic effects by becoming nutrients for friendly bacteria. Due to its high water holding capacity, we can use citrus fibre as a thickener for both cooking and baking.
Inulin
Inulin is another type of water-soluble source of fibre usable for thickening, and due to its sweet flavour it is also applicable as a sweetener. It can be naturally found in Jerusalem artichokes, chicory (chicory coffee) and onions. Similarly to citrus fibre, inulin also is a prebiotic source of fibre.
Flaxseed Powder
Flaxseed is a popular ingredient in vegan diets since it is an excellent source of natural plant-based omega-3 fatty acids. It is much easier to digest and use in a powder format compared to consuming it as a whole seed. It is of diverse use: you can add it to your oatmeal, shakes or you can also enrich the dough of pastries with it.
Sunflower Seed Powder
The flour made from sunflower seed is particularly popular among those looking for flour alternatives not only because of the minerals and fibres contained by it, but also for being an excellent source of protein. Thanks to its mild flavour you can use it as diversely as you would use wheat flour. You can use it for cooking, baking, preparing thick soups, sauces, and dressings.
Pumpkin Seed Flour
Similarly to whole pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed flour also contains fat soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids (plant-based omega-3 fatty acids). Consequently, consuming it regularly is especially recommended as part of a balanced and varied diet.
Acai Berry Powder
Acai berry belongs to stone fruits and is similar to blueberries not only in its looks but also in its antioxidant content. Acai berry powder is a popular ingredient of shakes and smoothies. The tiny fruit coming in powder, in a concentrated form, provides various nutrients to your diet.
Goji Berry Powder
Similarly to acai berries, goji berry powder is also popular among those consciously following a balanced diet not only because of its simple use but due to its vitamin and fibre content.
Glucomannan Flour
Glucomannan also commonly known as konjac is a superb source of fibre making it an ideal ingredient of a balanced and healthy diet. It is a water-soluble fibre able to effectively absorb water, making it a more and more popular alternative for thickening various foods.
Psyllium Husk Powder
Psyllium husk powder is another water-soluble source of fibre. It is an ideal way to contribute to our daily fibre intake by adding it to yoghurts and shakes or consuming it on its own. Similarly to glucomannan it can absorb a great amount of water and may swell to the multiple of its own weight.
