The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Recommended dosage: Take 3 capsules daily approx. 30-60 minutes before physical performance. Wash down with plenty of water. Athletes using Creatine Monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml of water daily to maximize hydration.
