What is inulin?

Inulin is a plant-derived polysaccharide made up of more than 30 simple sugar units. These are linked together by β-2,1-glycosidic bonds and form an unbranched chain. How to use?

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
