PER4M Egg White Protein is a protein powder from the sports nutrition brand PER4M Nutrition whose only protein source is egg white, or egg albumin. Flavours and ingredients

All flavours share the same base: egg albumin, coconut oil powder, MCT powder, flavouring, the thickener sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and the sweetener sucralose. The flavours differ as follows: Cookies 'N Creme and Double Chocolate also contain reduced-fat cocoa, Caramel Biscuit gets its colour from ammonia caramel and Strawberry Creme from beetroot powder, while White Chocolate Hazelnut contains neither cocoa nor colour. The hazelnut taste comes from the flavouring – there are no nuts in the ingredients. The product is made in a facility that also handles milk, cereals containing gluten, soya, celery, mustard, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, peanuts and nuts, so it may contain traces of these allergens.
