Dorian Yates Blackbombs – tablets with berberine, capsicum pepper and green tea extract and caffeine

Blackbombs is a food supplement from the Dorian Yates sports supplement range in the form of black film-coated tablets. The recommended daily dose is 4 tablets, taken as two servings (2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the afternoon). The daily dose contains 1200 mg of berberine HCl from common barberry, 200 mg of capsicum pepper extract 8:1, 200 mg of green tea extract 20:1 (of which 100 mg EGCG), 200 mg of choline as bitartrate, 200 mg of L-phenylalanine, 200 mg of caffeine, 80 mg of Caloriburn made from grains of paradise and 10 mg of black pepper extract, plus 200 µg of chromium. The container holds 60 tablets, i.e. 15 full daily doses. The product is made in the European Union.

Chromium

Chromium is a mineral, present in the product as chromium picolinate. Four tablets provide 200 µg of chromium, which is 500% of the nutrient reference value.

How to use?

Begin with 2 tablets once a day, preferably in the morning, with a glass (250 ml) of cold water. After three days, take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the afternoon, but no later than 5 hours before bedtime. Because of the green tea extract, do not take the tablets on an empty stomach and do not use other products containing green tea on the same day. The recommended daily dose is 4 tablets and it should not be exceeded. As the daily dose contains 200 mg of caffeine, take coffee, tea, energy drinks and other caffeine-containing products into account as well.

Who is it for?

Blackbombs is intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over who want a food supplement containing caffeine and green tea and capsicum pepper extracts. The product is not suitable for children and young people under 18, pregnant or nursing women or persons sensitive to caffeine. It is not recommended for people taking medication, and in any case consult your physician before use. Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. If you also use other products containing caffeine or chromium, take their amounts into account.

Ingredients per daily dose

Berberine is a yellow plant compound found, among others, in the bark and roots of common barberry; in this product it is present as the hydrochloride. The capsicum pepper extract is made from Capsicum annuum, the green tea extract from the leaves of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Caloriburn is an ingredient obtained from the seeds of grains of paradise (Aframomum melegueta), a spice plant from West Africa, and the black pepper extract contains 95% piperine. The tablets have a black coating made of polyvinyl alcohol, black iron oxide, macrogol and talc. May contain traces of milk, soy, egg and nuts.
