Adidas Training / Yoga Mat 10mm

Adidas 10mm Yoga Mat – a thick, soft base for training and yoga

The Adidas 10mm Yoga Mat is a 10 mm thick yoga mat designed with both stability and comfort in mind. The thick, soft mat gives you a steady base for every yoga pose and makes floor exercises more comfortable. Unrolled, the mat measures 183 × 61 cm, so there is enough room for users of different heights and builds. The mat comes with an elasticated carry strap that makes storing it and taking it with you easy. Sportlab offers the mat in black.

EVA and TPE blend, PVC-free

The mat is made from a material blend of 75% EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) and 25% TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). This composition gives the mat a medium-density feel: the foam is soft yet durable. According to the manufacturer, the mat is made from non-toxic and PVC-free materials. Both the top surface and the base of the mat are subtly textured. Together, the grippy surface and textured base provide good traction on various surfaces, so you can move from one pose to the next with confidence.

How to use?

Unroll the mat on a clean, level surface and position it so that there is enough free space around it. At 183 cm long and 61 cm wide, the mat accommodates both standing and lying poses. After your workout, let the mat air dry if needed, roll it up and fasten it with the elasticated carry strap. This makes the mat easy to take to a yoga class or training session and simple to store at home in a cupboard or corner.
