What is it and who is it for?
ICONFIT Overnight Oats is a healthy porridge mix with balanced macronutrients that has been developed and produced in Estonia. In addition to wholegrain oats, the porridge mix also includes chia seeds that are rich in fatty acids (or coconut flakes in coconut-raspberry flavour), raw cacao that is full of minerals (in chocolate flavour) and 10% hydrolysed collagen. The porridge has a high protein content of 26.5–27.8%. You just add milk in the evening and enjoy it in the morning! A healthy breakfast ideal for both the whole family and professional athletes.
Our overnight oats are not just healthy and easy to make, they are also very affordable. Depending on your need, one breakfast will only cost 0.75–1.50 euros. This is more affordable than most breakfast porridges offered in restaurants, which are often quite poor of nutrients as they only consist of oats and sugary jam.
HOW TO USE: Overnight Oats Porridge is easy to prepare – add milk (100 g/l of milk per 70 g of mix), mix well and refrigerate overnight. When you wake up, a healthy and delicious breakfast will be waiting for you! Enjoy it cold or heat it up in the microwave. You can also make it with buttermilk, kefir, skyr or plant-based milk. If you wish, you may add fresh berries or fruit on top.
If you need a light snack, mix 70 g of porridge mix with 100 ml of milk. An average breakfast for women is 100 g of porridge mix mixed with 140 ml of milk (approx. 400 kcal). An average breakfast for men is 140 g of porridge mix mixed with 200 ml of milk (approx. 570 kcal). Find the right serving size for you based on your daily menu or meal plan.
INGREDIENTS: The main ingredient is roasted wholegrain oats that contain a lot of fibre to keep you full for longer. We boosted the protein content with hydrolysed collagen and whey protein.
Chocolate flavour: Chia seeds provide healthy omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Raw cacao is rich in antioxidants, iron, magnesium and calcium, and adds a delicious chocolate flavour.
Apple-Cinnamon: Chia seeds provide healthy omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Natural freeze-dried apples and cinnamon provide a delicious flavour and lots of vitamins.
Raspberry-Coconut: Freeze-dried raspberries and coconut flakes which are rich in healthy fatty acids create a flavour combination that is loved by many people.
Overnight Oats does not contain any added sugars. We have used erythritol and stevia to add a little bit of sweetness. One serving in the morning will also give you the recommended daily amount of collagen (10 g in 100 g of product).
