Power System Power Grip are gym gloves with a wrist strap, designed according to the manufacturer for heavy training and intensive exercises. The palm is built on the Ergo Palm System principle: double-layer leather and specially shaped padding cover all areas that come into contact with the barbell, dumbbell or machine handle. How to use?

Put the glove on so that the palm padding lies evenly against your palm. Then wrap the cotton strap around your wrist and fasten it with the Velcro – pull it tight enough to stay firmly in place, but not so tight that it restricts movement or squeezes. Before starting heavy sets, check that the Velcro is properly fastened. You can loosen the strap between sets and tighten it again before the next set. After training, open the closure, take the gloves off and let them air dry.
