Animal Flex – glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and botanical powders in daily packs

Animal Flex is a food supplement from the Animal brand (Universal Nutrition) supplied in convenient daily packs. Each pack contains eight units: four tablets with glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM, one round tablet with vitamins and minerals, two capsules with botanical powders and extracts, and one softgel with flaxseed oil. The container holds 44 packs, i.e. 44 daily doses. Everything for one day is in a single pouch, so there is no need to combine tablets and capsules from different bottles – the pack is easy to take to work, on a trip or to the gym.

Composition

The tablet complex provides 754 mg D-glucosamine hydrochloride, 754 mg glucosamine sulfate (2KCl), 105 mg chondroitin sulfate and 1400 mg methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) per day. The glucosamine is derived from crustaceans. The round tablet contains 100 mg vitamin C (125% NRV), 64 mg vitamin E (533% NRV), 1 mg manganese (50% NRV), 15 mg zinc (150% NRV) and 70 µg selenium (127% NRV). The capsules contain 475 mg ginger root powder, 275 mg turmeric root powder, 100 mg quercetin, 100 mg Boswellia serrata gum extract (4:1), 50 mg bromelain, 19 mg black pepper and 1 mg hyaluronic acid. The softgel contains 1000 mg flaxseed oil, half of which is alpha-linolenic acid.

How to use?

Take one pack a day. The eight units in the pack – four tablets, one round tablet, two capsules and one softgel – together make up one daily dose, so do not spread them over several days or exceed the recommended daily amount. Slight tablet discoloration may occur.

Animal Flex is suitable for adults who train regularly and prefer a single daily pack combining glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, selected vitamins and minerals and botanical powders. The product is not intended for those under 18. The glucosamine is derived from crustaceans and the vitamin E contains soy, so the product is not suitable for people allergic to crustaceans or soy. The capsules and the softgel are made of gelatin, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Allergens and storage

The product contains crustaceans (glucosamine), soy (vitamin E) and sulphites (gelatin capsule shell). It is made in a GMP facility on equipment that also processes milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and wheat.
