Nylon, spandex and a central ring

At the centre of the support is a ring where a tighter knit blends with a more elastic panel. This allows the support to fully form to the kneecap. Strategically placed panels feature varying knit patterns and therefore differing levels of elasticity – they converge around the knee and give each area tailored support. How to use?

Pull the support over your foot onto your leg and position it so that the central ring sits over the kneecap. The thick cuffs sit above and below the knee and keep the support in place during training. Check that the support sits evenly and does not bunch into folds. After training, take the support off, clean it if needed and let it air dry – according to the manufacturer, the support is easy to clean and reuse.
