RDX K2 Compression Knee Wraps are elasticated compression wraps for the knees, designed for powerlifting, weightlifting and heavy gym training. The Quick EZ™ hook-and-loop closure lets you adjust the tension separately for each knee, so you decide the balance between firmness and comfort yourself. RDX has equipped the wraps with Shell Shock™ gel technology and a moisture-wicking lining that helps keep your skin dry during training. The pre-curved shape follows the natural line of your leg and does not restrict movement during squats and other leg exercises. RDX K2 wraps are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified and, according to the manufacturer, have been recognised by several powerlifting federations.

Elastic cotton wrap and Shell Shock™ gel

The wraps are made of elastic cotton material that stretches with your movement and allows the tension to be changed smoothly. According to the manufacturer, Shell Shock™ gel technology provides firm compression and stability for the knee, and the specially designed strap adds cushioning to the knee area. The inner lining absorbs sweat and draws it away, so the wrap stays comfortable even during intense training. The Quick EZ™ hook-and-loop closure keeps the wrap firmly in place so that it does not slip during training, and lets you remove it quickly after a set or workout.

How to use?

Place the wrap around the knee so that the curved part follows the shape of your leg. Wrap it around the knee with the desired tension and fasten the end with the hook-and-loop closure. The tension can be changed at any time: open the closure, adjust the wrap and fasten it again. Tighten the wrap so that it feels firm but is still comfortable during training. Between sets or after training, open the closure and remove the wrap. After use, let the wraps air-dry and store them in a dry place.

Who is it for?

RDX K2 knee wraps suit powerlifters, weightlifters and gym-goers who want extra support and compression for the knee area during heavy squats, leg presses and other leg exercises. As the tension can be changed quickly with the hook-and-loop closure, the wraps suit both those who use them only for their heaviest sets and those who prefer lighter support throughout the session. USPA and IPL accreditation and WPC and GPC recognition also make the K2 wraps an interesting choice for competing powerlifters – before a competition, however, check the equipment rules of the specific event.

Colours and care

RDX offers the K2 knee wraps in two colours: black and pink. Both have the same construction – an elastic cotton wrap, Shell Shock™ gel technology, a moisture-wicking lining and a Quick EZ™ hook-and-loop closure. On the manufacturer's page, colour is the only option; separate sizes are not offered. To keep the wraps in good condition for a long time, let them air-dry after every workout and store them in a dry place. The manufacturer's page does not give detailed washing instructions.
