One on the best B Vitamin complex. Lots of active forms in good dosages. For average person there is a point to take even 1 capsule daily.

So so, not great not terrible

Ok I got the chocolate as normally are better than strawberry flavoured, but flavour isn't great. It's very sandy, feels like it doesn't melt easily and I usee a blender. I guess for the price it's ok, but next casein will buy from a bettet brand to avoid disappointment. Also expect some heavy f#rting.
