So far so good

Just started with this, apparently the benefits go beyond muscle recovery and also helps with the guts and are some mental benefits reported. It dissolves well given the right amount of powder and water but I'm still working on that. No plastic box, instead a bag that close tight after every use and is more environmentally friendly.

Good product

I got this as a recommendation as I'm lacking of quality sleep as I have a small baby, from what I have experienced, equalling sleeping hours, now I feel more rested, awake and energetic than before. Placebo or not, I feel better and I will keep buying it.
