ICONFIT Premium Omega 3 – 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA per capsule

ICONFIT Premium Omega 3 is a food supplement in softgel form containing fish oil and vitamin E. Each capsule provides 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 800 mg are omega-3 fatty acids, including 500 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 250 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). One capsule therefore contains a total of 750 mg of EPA and DHA. In addition, each capsule contains 3.35 mg of vitamin E, which is 28% NRV. EPA and DHA

EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids found in food mainly in oily fish such as salmon, herring, mackerel and sardines. If fish is rarely on the menu, the intake of these fatty acids from food alone may remain modest. One capsule of ICONFIT Premium Omega 3 contains 500 mg of EPA, 250 mg of DHA and 3.35 mg of vitamin E (28% NRV).

How to use?

Take 1–2 capsules daily with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Taking the capsule at the same time every day helps you remember it. At one capsule a day the pack lasts 90 days, at two capsules 45 days. With two capsules you get 1000 mg of EPA, 500 mg of DHA and 6.7 mg of vitamin E (56% NRV) per day. If you also use other food supplements containing omega-3 fatty acids or vitamin E, take their amounts into account. Keep the container in a dry, dark place at 5–25 °C.

Ingredients and quality
