Sci-MX Ultra Plant – plant protein powder, 33 g protein per serving

Sci-MX Ultra Plant is a food supplement in powder form made from plant proteins, and according to the manufacturer it is suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. The protein blend consists of three non-GMO plant proteins: pea protein isolate, hydrolysed pea protein isolate and rice protein. Protein and B vitamins

100 g of Ultra Plant powder contains 72 g of protein, so protein provides most of the energy content of the product. According to the manufacturer, the protein complex makes up about 90% of the powder: a 45 g serving contains 28.2 g of pea protein isolate, 10.3 g of hydrolysed pea protein isolate and 2 g of rice protein. How to use?

Mix two level scoops (45 g) with 300 ml of cold water. Shake in a shaker for about 10 seconds, let it settle for 30 seconds and drink. Prepare the shake just before drinking it. The manufacturer recommends no more than three servings per day, and the recommended amount should not be exceeded. If you also use a multivitamin or other food supplements containing B vitamins, take their amounts into account, as a single serving already covers the daily reference value of several B vitamins. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
