ABE Shaker is a 400 ml shaker from Applied Nutrition, designed for mixing ABE and Applied Nutrition supplements. Mesh insert and leak-proof lid

The shaker comes with a mesh grill insert that sits between the cup and the lid. The lid screws onto the cup, and its drinking opening is closed with a clip cap. According to the manufacturer, the shaker has a leak-proof design. The large spout on the lid lets you drink the mixed shake quickly and easily straight from the shaker. How to use?

Pour the desired amount of cold water or other cold liquid into the shaker – the measurement markings help you get the amount right. Shake until the drink is smooth, then open the cap and drink straight from the spout. Do not use the shaker with hot or warm liquids. After use, rinse the shaker straight away or wash it in the dishwasher.

Capacity, colour and care

The variant sold at Sportlab has a 400 ml capacity and is black with a white ABE logo. The manufacturer also offers the same shaker in a 700 ml size. The shaker is dishwasher safe. Do not use it with hot or warm liquids: shaking a hot liquid in a sealed container builds up pressure, which can force the contents out of the lid when the container is opened. Before first use, wash the shaker and check that the mesh insert and lid are correctly in place.
