Main active ingredients
The main component is whey protein isolate, which provides a large amount of protein with very few calories. Whey protein contains all essential amino acids and is rich in branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) — leucine, isoleucine and valine — which the body uses as building blocks for muscle. One serving provides around 9.8 g of essential amino acids and 4586 mg of BCAAs. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and supports normal bones. The flavour variants may contain natural colouring food concentrates, chlorella algae powder or black tea extract, but the protein and amino acid content remains similar across all flavours.

How to use
Mix one serving (25 g) with 300 ml of water in a shaker. For accurate measurement, use a scale. Let the foam settle before drinking.
