PER4M Clear Whey Hydrate is a clear, light protein drink that combines two things in one shaker: recovery and hydration. Each 30 g serving delivers 23 g of ultra-filtered clear whey protein isolate together with electrolytes — magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium — that help replace the minerals lost during training. Unlike a traditional milky protein shake, Whey Hydrate is juice-like, transparent and refreshing: more like a cool-down drink than a shake.

Whey protein isolate is the purest and fastest-absorbing form of whey — a serving has only 100 kcal, 0.6 g of fat and 0.7 g of carbohydrates, of which 0.3 g sugar. The electrolytes are carefully chosen: 100 mg of magnesium (27% NRV), 320 mg of potassium (16%), 192 mg of calcium from the red algae Aquamin™ (24%) and 88 mg of sodium. Each serving also contains 250 mg of elderberry extract.
