    How to use

    Mix 1 serving (28 g = 2 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, consume 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
