Depending on the flavour, one 33 g serving contains 25–27 g of protein: 25 g in chocolate, 26 g in strawberry and 27 g in vanilla. The 66 g daily dose of the cookies & cream flavour contains 51 g of protein. 100 g of powder contains 77–81 g of protein. A 33 g serving of the chocolate, strawberry or vanilla flavour contains 2.3 g of carbohydrate, of which 1.27 g sugars, and 1.1–1.3 g of fat. How to use?

For the chocolate, strawberry or vanilla flavour, mix 1 scoop (33 g) of powder with 120–240 ml of skimmed milk, water or another drink of your choice; the chocolate label recommends dissolving the powder in 200 ml of water or milk. For cookies & cream, mix 1 scoop with 120–180 ml of liquid; the recommended daily dose for this flavour is 2 scoops (66 g), on training days for example after your workout. For a smoother drink, use a blender or shaker. For a stronger flavour, use slightly less liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
