What is hydrolysed whey protein?

Whey protein is obtained from whey, the liquid that separates from milk during cheese making. During hydrolysis, enzymes break the long amino acid chains of the protein down into shorter chains, called peptides, and individual free amino acids. In this product the amino acids are obtained by hydrolysing whey protein with pancreatic enzymes, so the tablets contain both peptide-bonded and free amino acids. The degree of hydrolysis shows what proportion of the peptide bonds in the protein have been broken. Whey protein contains all the essential amino acids, including the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. How to use?

Take 3 tablets three times a day between meals or immediately after workouts, and wash them down with plenty of liquid. This adds up to 9 tablets, or 18,000 mg amino acids derived from whey protein, a day. At this rate one container lasts about 61 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you use protein powders or other amino acid products at the same time, take their amounts into account too.

Amino HYDRO 32 is suitable for adults who want to supplement their diet with amino acids derived from whey protein in tablet form, for example when preparing a protein shake is not possible. The product contains whey protein from milk and collagen hydrolysate of animal origin, so it is not suitable for people allergic to milk or for vegans. The product is not designed for children and must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ingredients and storage

In addition to the amino acids derived from whey protein, the tablet contains the binding agent collagen hydrolysate, the anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, the stabilisers dicalcium phosphate and croscarmellose sodium, and the anti-caking agents magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. These technological ingredients are needed to make the tablets. The tablets contain no sweeteners, colours or flavourings. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed to protect the tablets from moisture.
