What is glutathione?

Glutathione is a small peptide made up of three amino acids: cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine. The body produces glutathione itself and it is found in every cell of the body. Two complementary ingredients have been added to the glutathione: an extract made from the fruit and seeds of milk thistle, every 100 mg of which contains 80 mg of silymarin flavonoids, and alpha lipoic acid, a sulphur-containing fatty acid. How to use?

Take one capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also take other food supplements, check that they do not contain the same ingredients. After opening, close the bottle tightly and store it in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
