Lutein and zeaxanthin are antioxidant carotenoid pigments naturally found in vegetables. In the human body, they accumulate in the macula, the central part of the retina responsible for sharp vision. These pigments act as natural filters of high-energy blue light and help maintain visual clarity and healthy contrast sensitivity. They protect the eyes by neutralizing free radicals caused by light exposure and support normal visual recovery from bright light.

Suggested Use

Take 1 softgel daily with a fat-containing meal.
