What are coenzyme Q10 and hawthorn?

Coenzyme Q10, or CoQ10 for short, is a vitamin-like compound that occurs naturally in the cells of the body. We get small amounts of it from foods such as fish, meat, nuts and vegetable oils. Coenzyme Q10 is fat-soluble, which is why the manufacturer recommends taking the capsule with a fat-containing meal. Food supplements often use coenzyme Q10 obtained by fermentation, which is a pure raw material of consistent quality. Hawthorn is a shrub or small tree widespread in Europe, whose red fruits, or berries, have long been used as food and in plant-based products. This product contains the fruit of two hawthorn species – Midland hawthorn and common hawthorn.

How to use?

Take 1 capsule a day with a fat-containing meal, for example at lunch or dinner. One capsule is the whole daily dose, so one bottle lasts 90 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other food supplements containing coenzyme Q10 or hawthorn, take their amounts into account. After opening, keep the bottle in a cool, dry place and close the lid tightly.
