What is beef protein isolate?

Beef protein isolate is protein of beef origin that has been separated from the raw material and purified, so its protein content is high. Proteins are made up of amino acids, and every protein source has its own amino acid composition. Beef protein pressed into tablets is a convenient way to add protein to the daily menu without measuring and mixing powder – the tablets are easy to dose and carry.

The typical amino acid profile on the label lists 18 amino acids.
