L-Citrulline is an amino acid that is converted to L-arginine shortly after it enters the body. Contrary to the general belief, L-citrulline is more effective than L-arginine. Besides, arginine has an extremely low absorption rate. Therefore, we use only citrulline that is converted to arginine and supports nitric oxide production and pump during exercise. Nitric oxide plays an important role in vasodilation and blood circulation. The increase in the nitric oxide levels triggers blood vessels dilation and, as a result, blood delivers more oxygen to muscles.

Directions for use
Mix 1-2 scoops of product and 150 ml of water and consume 20 minutes before workout. You can take more servings depending on your activity level.
