ICONFIT Joint Collagen is a powdered food supplement made in Estonia that combines hydrolysed collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, hyaluronic acid and Boswellia resin extract with vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, zinc and manganese in one serving. One serving is 20 g, or one scoop, mixed with 250–300 ml of water and taken once a day. The 300 g pack contains 15 servings. The product is available in four versions: orange, cherry and lemon-lime flavour and unflavoured.

Ingredients

One 20 g serving contains 10,000 mg hydrolysed collagen, 1000 mg glucosamine sulfate, 778 mg chondroitin sulfate, 500 mg MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), 180 mg hyaluronic acid and 100 mg Boswellia resin extract, of which 65 mg boswellic acids. In addition, the serving provides 240 mg magnesium, 198 mg calcium, 40 mg vitamin C, 5.6 mg zinc and 2 mg manganese.

How to use?

Mix 20 g of powder (1 scoop) with 250–300 ml of water and drink once a day. The unflavoured version can also be mixed into juice or a smoothie. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other food supplements containing magnesium, calcium, zinc or vitamin C, take their amounts into account. At the recommended use, one pack lasts 15 days.

ICONFIT Joint Collagen is suitable for adults who want to supplement their diet with collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM in one drink and also get vitamin C and minerals. The product is not intended for children and must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The glucosamine is derived from crustaceans, so the product is not suitable for people allergic to crustaceans. If you have blood sugar problems or cardiovascular disease, or take blood-thinning medicines, consult a doctor before use.
