ICONFIT Whey Protein 80 is a protein powder made in Estonia whose main ingredient is readily soluble whey protein concentrate. 100 g of the unflavoured powder contains 80 g of protein, and one 25 g serving provides 19.1–20 g of protein, depending on the flavour. According to the manufacturer, a serving also provides 4.4 g of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA). The pack contains 1000 g of powder, or about 40 servings. You can choose from eleven flavours, including an unflavoured version and a chocolate version sweetened with stevia.

What is whey protein concentrate?

Whey is the liquid that separates from milk during cheese making; filtering and drying it produces whey protein concentrate. How to use?
