Creatine monohydrate

Creatine is a compound that occurs naturally in the human body and is also obtained from food, mainly meat and fish. Creatine monohydrate is a form of creatine in which a creatine molecule is bound to one water molecule. It is the most common form of creatine in food supplements. OstroVit Creatine Micronized contains micronized creatine monohydrate – according to the manufacturer, its particles are smaller than those of standard creatine monohydrate. One tablet contains 750 mg of creatine monohydrate, of which 660 mg is creatine, and the daily dose of four tablets provides 3000 mg and 2640 mg respectively.

How to use?

Take one serving, i.e. four tablets, a day. On training days, take the daily dose after training; on rest days, in the morning after waking up. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other products containing creatine, such as pre-workout blends, take their amounts into account too. At the recommended use, one pack lasts 60 days, or about two months.
