OstroVit Magnesium Glycinate is a food supplement in capsules that provides magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate. What is magnesium bisglycinate?

Magnesium occurs in both animal and plant foods; good sources include wholegrain cereal products, dried legumes, nuts and green leafy vegetables. Magnesium bisglycinate is a chelate in which magnesium is bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. The nutrition table shows both the amount of magnesium bisglycinate and the amount of magnesium the daily dose provides.

How to use?

Take 1 serving, i.e. 3 capsules, a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you use other food supplements containing magnesium at the same time, such as multivitamins or electrolyte products, take their amounts into account too. At the recommended use, one container lasts 30 days.

Ingredients and storage

The capsules contain magnesium bisglycinate, inulin and a vegetable capsule shell with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose as a glazing agent. Inulin is a plant fibre. The product is manufactured in a facility that also uses ingredients derived from fish. Keep the container tightly closed in a dry place at 15–25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight.
