How to use
Mix 1 serving (8 g = 2 level scoops = 2 heaped teaspoons) with 300 ml of water. On training days, take 1 serving 15 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. On rest days, take 2 x 1 servings. Do not exceed the recommended dosage! Use a shaker bottle.
