Platinum 100% Creatine 200g

MuscleTech Platinum 100% Creatine – pure creatine monohydrate powder

MuscleTech Platinum 100% Creatine is a food supplement in powder form whose only ingredient is creatine monohydrate. One rounded scoop (3.4 g) provides 3 g of creatine, which is also the recommended daily dose. The 200 g container lasts about 58 days, or almost two months of daily use. No flavourings, sweeteners or colours have been added to the powder, so the composition is simple and easy to understand. Creatine monohydrate is the most common form of creatine in food supplements and suits those who prefer single-ingredient products and want to keep precise track of their daily dose.

Creatine

Creatine is a naturally occurring nitrogen-containing compound that the body produces itself from the amino acids arginine, glycine and methionine. We also get creatine from food, mainly from meat and fish, which is why a plant-based diet contains less of it. Creatine monohydrate is a compound of creatine and one water molecule: 3.4 g of creatine monohydrate contains 3 g of creatine. MuscleTech Platinum 100% Creatine provides this amount in one rounded scoop.

• Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The claim is intended for adults performing high-intensity exercise.

How to use?

Mix one rounded scoop (3.4 g) of powder with 200 ml of cold water, stir or shake well and drink once a day. As the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, it is important to use the product regularly every day. Make sure you drink enough fluids during use. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose or use the product for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.
