TPR material and foam-padded handles

The tube is made from TPR material (thermoplastic rubber), which according to the brand is strong and tear-resistant and delivers consistent resistance during your workout. The tube has foam-padded handles made with recycled PP webbing. The soft handle feels more comfortable in the hand than the knurled metal surface of a dumbbell or barbell and gives a firm grip. The resistance is marked in both kilograms and pounds.

How to use?

The resistance tube allows a wide range of exercises for both the upper and lower body. Hold the handles and stretch the tube with a controlled movement, then let it return slowly – do not let go of the tube suddenly while it is under tension. For lower body exercises, you can place the middle of the tube under your foot and hold the handles. If 10 kg of resistance feels too light or too heavy, choose L3 (15 kg) or L1 (5 kg) from the range respectively. Check the tube and handles before every workout and do not use a damaged tube. After use, store the tube in a dry place.
