OstroVit Training Bands is a set of four training bands that can be used in many forms of physical activity. How to use?

Choose a band with a suitable resistance for the exercise and start with a lighter level so that the movement stays controlled. Depending on the exercise, place the band around your legs or arms and make sure before you start that it lies flat and is not twisted. Perform the movements smoothly and do not let go of a stretched band suddenly. Check the bands before every use and do not use a band that has tears or other damage. After training, put the bands back in the bag so they stay together and are easy to find next time.
