Power System Body & Booty Band Set Long is a set of three long fabric resistance bands for full-body workouts. Each band offers a different resistance, and together they cover a range of 6–21 kg: the pink band is light (6–12 kg), the blue one medium (12–16 kg) and the purple one heavy (16–21 kg). All three bands are the same size – 100 × 3.5 cm with a circumference of 200 cm – so for the same exercise you can simply pick a lighter or heavier band.
