Power System Booty Band Set – three fabric resistance bands

Power System Booty Band Set is a set of three fabric resistance bands for training the legs and glutes. Unlike thin latex loop bands, these bands are made of thickened and strengthened fabric that is wide enough not to roll up during training. Each band in the set has its own colour, and each colour stands for a different resistance level: green is heavy, purple is medium and pink is light. This lets you choose the load that suits the exercise and your training level, and move up to the next level when needed. The set is suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes.

Thick fabric and anti-slip strips

The bands are made of thickened and strengthened fabric with an anti-slip layer on the inside. Thanks to this, the band stays in place during the exercise and does not slide up or down the leg. The fabric is elastic and durable, and the band is reinforced with rows of stitches so that it does not roll up or snap. According to the manufacturer, a fabric band is more comfortable to train with than a classic latex band – it does not pull or pinch the skin. All three bands are 8 cm wide.

How to use?

Place the band around your legs (for example around the thighs or ankles) or around your arms and choose a band with a resistance that suits the exercise. You can use the bands for squats, glute bridges and lateral band walks (monster walk), as well as for yoga, Pilates and crossfit training. The bands can also be used to warm up before training. Start with a lighter band and move on to a heavier one when the exercise becomes too easy. The fabric bands can be washed in a washing machine.

The purple band measures 40 × 8 cm (circumference 80 cm) with medium resistance of 12–16 kg. The pink band measures 47 × 8 cm (circumference 94 cm) with light resistance of 6–12 kg.
