Among others, BioTechUSA's Night product contains an active ingredient which also contributes to melatonin production.
Melatonin is a natural hormone regulating sleep, produced by the pineal gland, located on the border of the diencephalon and the midbrain. It causes sleepiness during the hours after sunset. Its production can be inhibited by natural or artificial light, as well as stress. The vast majority of adults need 6 to 9 hours’ sleep a day. Both too little and too much sleep can cause tiredness during the day.

- 350 mg sour cherry (Prunus creasus fruit extract)
- 350 mg feverfew (Tanacetum panthenium stem and leaf extract)
- 300 mg L-tryptophan amino acid

sour cherry (Prunus cerasus) fruit extract 27%, feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) stem and leaf extract 27%, L-Tryptophan 23%, capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], bulking agent (calcium phosphates), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids). Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.
