Power System Nylon Fitness Belt SLF Lock Black

Power System SLF Lock – black nylon training belt with Velcro closure

Power System Nylon Fitness Belt SLF Lock is a training belt made of durable nylon with a strong Velcro closure. The belt wraps around the lower back and abdominal area and is easy to adjust to your body, so it stays firmly in place during heavy lifts. The manufacturer designed the belt primarily for the main gym exercises: squats, deadlifts, bent-over rows and other lifts where core stability and correct technique matter. At Sportlab the belt is available in black in sizes S, M, L and XL.

Nylon and Velcro closure

The belt is made of high-strength nylon which, according to the manufacturer, is both durable and flexible. The flexible material follows the movement of your body and does not make the belt stiff. It fastens with a Velcro closure that lets you change the tightness quickly: tighten the belt before a heavy set and loosen it during the rest period. According to the manufacturer, the belt is lightweight and breathable, making it comfortable to wear even during intense workouts.

How to use?

Place the belt around your waist so that it covers the lower back and abdominal area. Pull the end of the belt snug and fasten it with the Velcro closure. The belt should sit tightly but still allow you to breathe and brace your core. Between heavy sets you can open the closure to loosen the belt and tighten it again before the next set.

The belt is especially useful in exercises with heavy loads where the torso has to stay stable – for example squats, deadlifts and bent-over rows. The Velcro closure makes the belt easy to use even for those who are just getting used to training with a belt, as the tightness can be changed in a few seconds. The lightweight nylon belt fits easily into a gym bag and is a good choice for both beginners and experienced lifters.

Sizes and care

The belt is available in sizes S, M, L and XL. The manufacturer does not publish a size chart on its website, so choose the size according to your waist circumference and contact Sportlab customer service if you need advice. The manufacturer also does not provide separate care instructions. After training, let the belt air dry and keep the Velcro closure clean so that it grips firmly. Store the belt in a dry place away from direct heat.
