The palm of the glove is ergonomically padded suedette, which shields your hands from the rigours of training while adding grip and durability. Hardwearing suedette panels are placed across the key contact zones where the bar or dumbbell rubs against the hand. The glove covers the whole palm, so the skin is also protected from friction against the weights. A soft fabric inner lining gives the glove a comfortable, hand-friendly feel. The material is made with Climacool technology: according to adidas, the sweat-wicking fabric is engineered to keep your hands cool and dry even in intense sessions. How to use?

Slip the glove on, wrap the wrist strap around your wrist and pull it comfortably tight with the Velcro fastening so that the glove stays firmly in place during training. The strap should feel snug but not too tight. After your workout, open the fastening and pull the glove off easily using the finger pulls.
