Power System Fit Girl Evo are fingerless women's gloves for gym and fitness training. The palm of the gloves is designed to follow the natural curvature of the hand, so holding a barbell, dumbbell or machine handle feels comfortable and steady. Strategically placed padded relief pads on the palm distribute pressure more evenly across the whole hand during training. Amara palm and breathable back

The palm of the gloves is made of Amara (the manufacturer calls it the Amara tech evo palm) and Velvetex. According to the manufacturer, the Amara tech evo palm gives the gloves a long lifespan even with frequent training. The padded palm has a silicone surface that provides a better grip. The upper part of the glove is made of a structured, stretchy and breathable material, and Lycra inserts between the fingers and in the flexion zones let the fingers move freely. How to use?

Put the glove on so that the padding sits under your palm and your fingers pass freely through the finger openings. Then fasten the wrist part with the hook-and-loop closure so that it fits snugly – the glove should sit firmly but must not restrict movement. The gloves are suitable for gym and fitness training, for example exercises with a barbell, dumbbells or on machines where your hands hold a weight or a handle. During training you can wipe away sweat with the Polytowel terrycloth surface on the thumb. After training, open the closure, take off the gloves and let them air dry.
