Adidas Dumbells Pair 5 KG

Adidas neoprene dumbbells – pair, 5 kg

Adidas Dumbells Pair 5 KG are classic hexagonal training dumbbells with a cast iron core and a neoprene coating. According to Adidas, the dumbbells are built for both isolated and compound movements, so you can diversify your workouts and work towards your goal. The Adidas neoprene dumbbell range covers weights from 1 to 5 kg (2–10 lb), so you can increase the load step by step. This product belongs to the 5 kg weight class of the range. Dumbbells are one of the simplest and most versatile pieces of training equipment: they take up little space, suit both home workouts and the gym, and can be used for exercises for the whole body.

Cast iron core and neoprene coating

The inside of the dumbbells is made of cast iron, which provides the required weight in a compact size. The cast iron core is surrounded by a neoprene coating. According to Adidas, the neoprene-coated cast iron dumbbells stand up to repeated tough sessions. Thanks to their hexagonal shape, the dumbbells stay put when set down and do not roll away. This adds safety during training and makes storage easier, as the dumbbells sit steadily on a shelf or on the floor.

How to use?

Choose your exercise and take a firm grip of the dumbbells. You can use them for exercises such as biceps curls, shoulder presses, lateral raises, rows, lunges and squats. Both isolated exercises that focus on one muscle group and compound exercises that work several parts of the body at once are suitable. Perform the movements in a controlled way and choose a number of repetitions you can complete with correct technique. After each exercise, place the dumbbells on the floor or a shelf; do not throw them. The Adidas range includes dumbbells from 1 to 5 kg, so lighter and harder exercises can be done with dumbbells of different weights.
