RDX K4 Weightlifting Knee Wraps are elasticated knee wraps for powerlifting, weightlifting and other strength training in which the knees work under heavy load in squats and leg exercises. The wrap is wound tightly around the knee and gives the knee area firm compression and stability throughout the set. The manufacturer describes the K4 as maximum compression knee wraps used by powerlifters, bodybuilders and strongmen alike. According to the manufacturer, the wraps are recognised by the International Powerlifting League (IPL) and the United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) and accredited by the World Powerlifting Congress (WPC). Elasticated cotton and high-strength rubber strands

The K4 wraps are made of durable elasticated cotton fabric with high-strength rubber strands. The rubber strands give the wrap firmness and keep it elastic over long-term use, while the cotton surface is comfortable against the skin. According to the manufacturer, the material grips well even without chalk, so the wrap stays in place while you wrap it and you can focus on your lifting technique. The wrap is 2 metres long, with an optimal width and thickness that allow different wrapping styles and let you match the level of compression to your training. How to use?

Place the start of the wrap below or beside the knee and wind it tightly and evenly around the knee so that each layer partly overlaps the previous one. Thanks to the extra length, you can choose the wrapping style that suits you, for example a spiral or a diagonal (X-shaped) wrap, and adjust the compression. Fasten the end with the hook-and-loop closure and check that the wrap is not twisted or slipping down. Between heavy sets you can loosen the wraps or take them off.
