Amix ALC is a food supplement combining three ingredients: acetyl L-carnitine (ALC), taurine and vitamin B6. One serving, i.e. 2 capsules, contains 1000 mg of acetyl L-carnitine, 500 mg of taurine and 10 mg of vitamin B6, which is 714% of the nutrient reference value. Vitamin B6 is present as pyridoxine hydrochloride. The capsules are plant-based, made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The package contains 120 capsules, i.e. 60 two-capsule servings.

What are acetyl L-carnitine and taurine?

L-carnitine is a compound that occurs naturally in the body, which produces it from the amino acids lysine and methionine; it is also obtained from food, mainly from meat and dairy products. Acetyl L-carnitine is a form of L-carnitine with an acetyl group attached to its molecule. Taurine is a sulphur-containing organic compound found naturally mainly in foods of animal origin, such as meat, fish and seafood; taurine is not used to build proteins. Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, is a water-soluble B vitamin that the body cannot produce itself and must therefore obtain from food.

How to use?

Take 1–2 capsules 30–45 minutes before training. On non-training days, take 1–2 capsules before breakfast. Swallow the capsules with an adequate amount of water. Do not take more than 2 capsules a day, which is also the recommended daily dose. With two capsules a day, 120 capsules last for 60 days.
