DY Nutrition Hit Pack Complex is a set of daily food supplements in which each sachet contains 8 pieces: a vitamin C and rose hip tablet, a calcium, zinc and magnesium tablet, two multivitamin tablets, an omega-3 fish oil capsule, a glucosamine capsule, a lecithin capsule and a coenzyme Q10 capsule. The box holds 30 sachets, a one-month supply. The daily dose is one sachet, taken with a meal.

All of the day's supplements are in one sachet, so there is no need to open several containers or count doses separately.

What is in the sachet?

• Vitamin C and rose hip tablet – 1000 mg vitamin C and 50 mg rose hip fruit powder.
• Ca-Zn-Mg tablet – 365 mg calcium, 50 mg magnesium, 2 mg zinc plus phosphorus, copper and boron.
• Multivitamin tablets (2 pcs) – 13 vitamins and 10 minerals.
• Omega-3 softgel – 1000 mg fish oil, including 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA.
• Glucosamine capsule – 300 mg glucosamine sulphate, 200 mg chondroitin sulphate and 100 mg MSM.
• Lecithin softgel – 1200 mg lecithin from soybean oil.
• Coenzyme Q10 softgel – 50 mg coenzyme Q10.

Vitamins and minerals

The daily dose provides a total of 1120 mg vitamin C, 774 mg calcium, 250 mg magnesium and 12 mg zinc. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth. Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function and thiamin contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Magnesium and zinc contribute to normal protein synthesis.

Omega-3, glucosamine, lecithin and coenzyme Q10

The omega-3 capsule contains 1000 mg fish oil standardised to 18% EPA and 12% DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. This product provides a total of 300 mg EPA and DHA per day.

The glucosamine capsule contains 300 mg glucosamine sulphate (including 195 mg glucosamine), 200 mg chondroitin sulphate and 100 mg methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). The glucosamine is obtained from shellfish. The lecithin capsule contains 1200 mg lecithin from soybean oil and the Q10 capsule 50 mg coenzyme Q10.

Who is it for?

Hit Pack Complex is suitable for adults who want to supplement their diet with vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients in the form of one daily sachet. The product contains fish, soy and glucosamine from shellfish, so it is not suitable for people allergic to them. The capsules are made of gelatine, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians. The vitamin C tablet contains the colours Ponceau 4R and Sunset Yellow FCF, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Important amounts per daily dose

• Magnesium 250 mg in total – do not use other magnesium-containing supplements at the same time.
• Zinc 12 mg and copper 1.23 mg in total – take other mineral supplements into account as well.
• Vitamin B6 4 mg.
• Calcium 774 mg in total – 97% of the nutrient reference value.

Store the sachets in the box between 5 and 30 °C, away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. Do not store for more than 6 months after opening.
