Amix Multi-HD Liquid Caps – vitamins and minerals in a liquid capsule

Amix™ Multi-HD Liquid Caps is a food supplement in which one liquid gelatin capsule contains 12 vitamins, six minerals and trace elements, plus coenzyme Q10, choline, citrus bioflavonoids, inositol, rutin, ginseng root powder, boron and a fruit and vegetable complex made up of more than 40 ingredients. The capsule contents are liquid and based on rice bran oil. The recommended daily dose is one capsule, and the package contains 60 capsules – a two-month supply.

Vitamins and minerals

One capsule provides, for example, 12.5 µg of vitamin D (250% of the nutrient reference value), 125 µg of vitamin B12 (5000%), 250 µg of biotin (500%), 4.5 mg of iron (32%) and 3.75 mg of zinc (37.5%). The amounts of all nutrients are listed in the nutrition table.

How to use?
